Enhancing the value of genuine products from the territory and of the tradition of Southern Italy is the fulcrum of this philosophy that respects all the characteristics and the flavours of the food products, avoiding complex manipulation. This result was possible thanks to a careful selection of local family producers.

THE CHEFIt is never easy to talk about yourself. I'm Luigi Di Martino born in Gragnano and resident in Agerola, a beautiful town in the Lattari Mountains, rich in food and wine traditions overlooking the Amalfi Coast.
My career, which began with my studies at the hotel institute in Vico Equense, is a succession of work experiences in order to increase and polish my knowledge dictated mainly by my personality and curiosity to know.
I enriched my luggage with other nuances as an AIS sommelier and ONAF cheese taster. Over the years I have acquired skills in preparing refined dishes with creativity and respect for raw materials, receiving personal gratification from customers and from the companies in which I worked. The last experience here at Piccolo Sant 'Andrea Luxury Suite Hotel & SPA brings my passion to create dishes in which guests find taste, authenticity and wholesomeness without ever giving up quality to fully satisfy the palates of the varied clientele of the Costa d' Amalfi.
